At My Yoga Studio, we are committed to providing the highest quality wellness services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel or modify your booking. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds.

2. Cancellation & Refund for Classes

Refunds for class packages and individual sessions are subject to the following conditions:

  • Full refund: Cancellation made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class.
  • 50% refund: Cancellation made between 24–48 hours before the scheduled class.
  • No refund: Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class or no-show.

3. Refund for Wellness Programs

For multi-session wellness and rehabilitation programs:

  • Before program starts: A full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be provided if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the program begins.
  • During program: A prorated refund may be issued for the remaining unused sessions, subject to management discretion.
  • After completion: No refund is available once the program has been completed.

4. Refund for Workshops & Events

Workshops and special events are generally non-refundable. However, if a workshop is cancelled by My Yoga Studio, a full refund will be issued. Participants may transfer their registration to another person up to 24 hours before the event.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Cash payments will be refunded via bank transfer. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, My Yoga Studio reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at the discretion of management. Supporting documentation may be required.
